Return Policy:


PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES THOROUGHLY.

To be eligible for return: 

  • You can return your items within 8 days of being delivered.
  • Returned item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Returned item(s) will not be accepted if there are stains, rips, broken rhinestones, or any signs of damage. 

We do not honor refunds, you may return the item(s) for exchange or store credit only. 

RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. A FEE OF $3 FOR ALL RETURNS. 

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or incorrect please email steran.boutique@gmail.com be sure to include your name and order number and a photo on the item. Email must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item, if not we will not accept for review. 
All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes is FINAL SALE. 

ALL WHITE clothing and accessories are FINAL SALE.

All orders will be packaged processed and sent out within 3-8 business days. 


*Lost/Stolen Packages*

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES IN OUR END IT IS THE LIABILITY OF USPS. 

IF YOUR PACKAGE SAIDS DELIVERED BUT CANNOT FIND IT PLEASE CONTACT YOU LOCAL POST OFFICE. WE DO NOT REFUND OF GIVE STORE CREDIT FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES.

  • HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE STORE CREDIT?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will recieve your store credit via email.
